The Portland Symphony Orchestra has a long and proud history of bringing the power of live orchestral music to tens of thousands of children and adults throughout New England each year through its KinderKonzerts, Youth Concerts, and other educational programs.

School Day Concerts
Students and families can experience the PSO onstage at Merrill Auditorium or in your own school. Whether you are looking for an ensemble performance, to meet a PSO musician or Maestro Robert Moody himself, these programs give students and community groups an opportunity to learn about the many facets of the Portland Symphony Orchestra.

Inside the Music
Students are invited to FREE open dress rehearsals, while concert-goers can enhance their concert experience with pre- and post-concert events, program notes, and more. Also introducing Online Insights, the PSO's new series of informal "webisodes" with Robert Moody!

Community Connections
The PSO teams up with community organizations to provide performance opportunities for students, as well as workshops with Robert Moody and visiting artists and composers.
